So this how my meal look like today...I didn't eat much during breakfast because I was too busy cleaning around...My other activities for the day included: buying groceries, almost the whole afternoon and getting the kids ready for bed...Not much, but I certainly noticed that I didn't eat that much today...I certainly notice that I went a little over my sugar intake...Something I need to be careful about...Tomorrow I will be starting a new round of diet...We'll see how that works... Tomorrow is going to be another day...Again, wake up early (5-6 am), read my morning devotional, workout and start doing some laundry before we leave for tomorrow night's vesper program...We're having an Induction program for our new pathfinder year...
