What Will Today Be Like?Edit Delete Lord, my Spirit is strong but my flesh is weak. I get tempted and sloppy.
Why should I wait? I've been putting my healthy eating and dieting, exercising and just being plain FIT, HEALTHY and looking better. Every night I'd think about what I need to do for the next day's eating habits and exercises, but it doesn't seem to be in motion. It's just all in my head. I did well a several months ago doing my exercise. I actually lost 12 lbs from it. Then I stopped and a couple of months ago, I started doing the "weigh-down diet." It's an adaptation from the book, "The Weigh-Down Diet" and I actually lost another 11 lbs. Now, the weight is just going on a roller coaster ride. I'd be in between 149 and 150. My goal is to look fit and healthy at the weight between 125-130.
So we will see what today will be.
One thing I know I gotta start doing ---
... Read my morning devotionals ... Wake up early (5-6 am) ... Do a 20-minute target exercises
I will start with that for the next 21 days. And hopefully by then I'll be able to keep that habit going. I will also keep this blog to continue seeing my process. I will post a new picture ever month to see the progress.
